PROJECT 00- Carbonplace Copy

Carbonplace, launched in 2021, is a forward-thinking financial startup dedicated to facilitating carbon offset trading and management for businesses and individuals committed to reducing their environmental impact.

As the Lead UI/UX Designer, I joined the team to reimagine Carbonplace digital presence. My contributions included redesigning the landing page, carbon footprint dashboard, portfolio site, and enhancing the overall brand experience. This comprehensive design overhaul elevated Carbonplace’s online presence, placing a strong emphasis on usability, cohesive branding, and a seamless trading experience. By applying user-centered design principles to the trading platform, I helped drive user engagement and fostered greater trust in Carbonplace mission for a sustainable future.

PROJECT 03 - Lloyds Bank

In 2017, Lloyds Bank’s Transformation Team embarked on a mission to innovate within the open banking space, aiming to foster partnerships and enhance digital banking solutions. Their initiatives focused on creating new customer experiences that leveraged strategic partnerships with major financial institutions, including VISA, HSBC, Barclays, and others. One of their key developments was a secure, user-centered platform designed to support seamless integration with third-party banking services. This platform enabled customers to access multiple accounts, perform real-time transactions, track spending, and manage financial goals, all within an easy-to-navigate interface. By championing open banking innovation, Lloyds Bank streamlined digital interactions, reinforcing its commitment to accessible and efficient banking solutions for modern customers.

PROJECT 02 - S&P Global

The S&P Global Commodity Insights mobile app, introduced in 2023, is a powerful data analytics and research tool optimized for on-the-go users in the commodities sector. Maintaining the core features of the desktop platform, the mobile app offers a customizable interface that allows users to personalize their workspace with widgets that adapt seamlessly to smaller screens.

Utilizing mobile components designed for touch interaction, the app features concise historical data infographics that present key metrics and trends in a visually digestible format. Project research reports are easily accessible through intuitive navigation, ensuring users can find the information they need quickly.

To enhance user engagement, the app connects seamlessly with wearable devices, providing push notifications for real-time updates on market changes and alerts based on user-defined criteria. The UI/UX design prioritizes a clean layout with Material Design principles, promoting easy readability and smooth transitions between sections. The overall experience is crafted to be responsive and efficient, ensuring that users remain informed and connected, no matter where they are.

PROJECT 01 - S&P Global

S&P Global's Commodity Insights digital platform, launched in 2023, serves as an advanced data analytics and research tool tailored for users in the commodities sector. This platform features a customizable interface workspace, allowing users to configure their dashboards according to specific needs and preferences.

It incorporates comprehensive historical data infographics that provide visual insights into market trends, along with detailed project research reports to support informed decision-making. The platform is designed primarily for desktop use, ensuring robust functionality while also being mobile-responsive for limited data access on mobile devices. Built on a modern tech stack, it utilizes Node.js and Angular, enriched with Material UI to deliver a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.

PROJECT 04- HSBC

In 2016, the well-established HSBC Transformation Team set out to innovate the in-branch team management experience. Their solution: a tablet design aimed at enhancing customer interactions by offering a sleek, user-friendly interface for seamless banking services. The tablet provides key functionalities, including account access, real-time scheduling and appointment coordination, transaction tracking, and customer support, all within a secure and intuitive design. This innovation streamlines in-branch operations while improving the overall customer experience.
